- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I only visited this office twice. The front desk staff are cold and unfriendly. The staff is more concerned about getting details to secure payment than on providing information, instruction, or comfort to patients. On my first visit I got into a room fairly fast; however, for my second visit I waited for over 40 minutes to get escorted to a room and waited nearly another 20 minutes before the doctor arrived. I understand that doctors are busy people. It just so happens that I am a busy person too. If I was 40 minutes late for an appointment, what would their reaction be? If it makes a difference, I was there for Dr. Joseph Burkhardt. I will review him separately.November 29, 2016by Justin Derhammer
