- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Absolutely the worse place you could ever put your loved one. Toured the facility before my dad came here and everything that I was told was lies. Due to his condition there are very limited choices but I sure wished their were more. Apart from a couple of very nice staff, unfortunately the majority are not.... rude, arrogant and basically do only what they want to do when they want to do it. When the staff is confronted about what they haven't done.... there is always an excuse. Even after having a meeting with the CEO and heads of departments about specific concerns, they are still going on. The concerns range from direct doctors orders potentially putting my dad at direct harm to his hygiene level while in here to even the time it takes when you press the call button (30 mins to respond). - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Great place to be cared for! Everyone was pleasant and the facility was most certainly clean. It’s horrifying seeing some of the reviews and what is said about the people at Select Medical; I assure you this facility is much better then what is being portrayed.
