  I am extremely concerned with the unprofessionalism and the lack of concern for customers and patient's medical conditions by the faculty members at this family practice. My father which is an elderly gentleman is unaware of how the process of Medicaid works. Malissa was highly unprofessional put him into a panic attack and sent him to the hospital having symptoms of another stroke. When I called to find out why she was so unprofessional she explained to me that she would continue to talk to patients in this manner and that he was now informed just before she hung up on me. This business is highly unprofessional and someone should be notified.

  DO NOT SEE this DR unless you are looking for SUBOXONE. He will not do anything for you, listen to you or try to help you. This practice is nothing more than a Buprenorphine pill mill Masquerading as a pain Mgmt. clinic. Engelston is rude, arrogant, and not qualified to treat patients. The majority of his practice is dispensing suboxone to heroin addicts at a local drug rehab. If you are in need of real care, by a qualified M.D. , do not bother with this clinic. It is a waste of time.
