- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been with Paul Clark State Farm for years! They are ALWAYS pleasant, professional and willing to help anyway they can. I personally work with Chad Heeter who gives me awesome customer service, never "forgets" to call me back and always goes out of his way to make sure I understand anything and if I don't NEVER makes me feel like I am wasting his time. If Chad is unavailable then anyone in the office is just as great. My Aunt recently died and I guess I must have mentioned it to Chad because next thing I knew I had a sympathy card in the mail, HAND signed by everyone in the office offering condolences.
